RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

RETURNS:

Products purchased from Al Muneera are eligible for returns within 72 hours from the date of delivery and are subject to the below terms and conditions:

1. If the product delivered does not match the product mentioned on Al Muneera’s website.
2. If the product delivered is defective or damaged.
3. If the product is not in its original condition or does not include all the mentioned accessories.
4. If the product was not delivered in its new or good condition.

Returns will not be accepted if the product being returned was used, or damaged, or its original packaging was opened or damaged. Returns or refunds for items that are assembled/installed at customer locations are not accepted.

The customer shall bear the shipping and delivery charges of QAR 20 for every collection or pickup of returned goods to and from Al Muneera’s warehouses even during the allowed product return window period.

REFUNDS:

For orders placed with an online payment method such as Credit or Debit card:

1. In case of cancellation initiated by Al Muneera for a full order or a partial order, the amount will be refunded to the payment method used. It can take up to 30 days from the refund initiation date for the money to reflect in the customer’s account depending on the bank used. Al Muneera is not responsible for any bank fee or charges (if any) during this refund transaction.
2. In case of cancellation requested by the customer before the delivery of products, a gift voucher of order amount value will be issued. The voucher can be redeemed with Al Muneera within 90 days from the date of issue.
3. In case of returns after the delivery of products, pickup charges of QAR 20 are applicable. A gift voucher of order amount value minus QAR 20 will be issued in such cases. The voucher can be redeemed with Al Muneera within 90 days from the date of issue.

For orders placed with Cash on delivery:

1. For returns of products delivered for cash on delivery, pickup charges of QAR 20 are applicable. A gift voucher of order amount value minus QAR 20 will be issued in such cases. The voucher can be redeemed with Al Muneera within 90 days from the date of issue.

The refund process takes around 7 to 14 days from the date of product delivery.

The shipping fee is not refundable.
